- Look up “how to use Twitter” in your language. Read a page with recent instructions (2009 or later), because Twitter has changed a little.
- Register on Twitter.com
- Set up Twitter for your cell phone, if you want to.
- Download a small program that’s just for using Twitter or a program for Twitter on the iPhone/Touch, etc. (called apps or clients). I use the official Twitter app.
- Follow me: @readable and other twitterers who teach English or are learning English
